Costume Hire Terms and Conditions
- All costumes remain the property of Bunnys Fancy Dress.
- The hire period runs from Thursday to Monday (5 days), or Monday to Thursday (4 days) dependent on the day of collection. Alternative arrangements by written agreement only.
- All costumes are to be collected and returned to Bunnys Fancy Dress, there is no mail order or delivery service.
- Costumes must be returned on the day specified. Failure to do so will result in a late return surcharge of £5.00 per day per costume.
- Costumes are only to be returned during normal shop hours.
- Costume collector or returner is responsible for any unpaid bills.
- Repair/Replacement of damaged or overly soiled items are charged at cost of time and materials which may exceed the deposit fee.
- Customers must check Costumes and Accessories before leaving the shop.
- Damaged or non return of hangers/deluxe costume covers will be charged at £5.00.
- Deposits are not refundable on cancellation or change of costume.
- Customers must not wash/clean or alter the costumes in any way, including fixing badges or stickers to the costume.
- Costumes remain the responsibility of the signatory until the costume is returned.
- Cheques are accepted only when accompanied with a valid cheque guarantee card.
- Proof of identity with a name and address (such as a driving licence or utility bill) must be provided before costumes can leave the shop.
- If you hire a costume it is taken that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
