Costume Hire Terms and Conditions

1. All costumes remain the property of Bunnys Fancy Dress.
2. The hire period runs from Thursday to Monday (5 days), or Monday to Thursday (4 days) dependent on the day of collection. Alternative arrangements by written agreement only.
3. All costumes are to be collected and returned to Bunnys Fancy Dress, there is no mail order or delivery service.
4. Costumes must be returned on the day specified. Failure to do so will result in a late return surcharge of £5.00 per day per costume.
5. Costumes are only to be returned during normal shop hours.
6. Costume collector or returner is responsible for any unpaid bills.
7. Repair/Replacement of damaged or overly soiled items are charged at cost of time and materials which may exceed the deposit fee.
8. Customers must check Costumes and Accessories before leaving the shop.
9. Damaged or non return of hangers/deluxe costume covers will be charged at £5.00.
10. Deposits are not refundable on cancellation or change of costume.
11. Customers must not wash/clean or alter the costumes in any way, including fixing badges or stickers to the costume.
12. Costumes remain the responsibility of the signatory until the costume is returned.
13. Cheques are accepted only when accompanied with a valid cheque guarantee card.
14. Proof of identity with a name and address (such as a driving licence or utility bill) must be provided before costumes can leave the shop.
15. If you hire a costume it is taken that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
16. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
